What do I need to bring?

All you need to do is bring yourself!

Wear loose clothing such as a t-shirt, and  leggings or track suit bottoms.
We usually exercise in socks or bare feet, but you can wear training shoes.

Alison provides exercise mats and other small equipment but you can bring your own mat and a small towel if you want to.

For the antenatal classes, please bring some pillows with you so you can prop yourself up instead of lying flat for some exercises.
